Guidlines For Author

Submission Guidelines (Full Paper)

The preferred length of full paper (including footnotes) is 5,000 words (maximum limit). In general, please confine your paper between 10-12 pages, everything included. It must include an abstract (no more than 200 words) and 3 to 5 keywords. Authors’ autobiographical details should appear as the first footnote of each contribution, and include the name, academic and professional qualifications, institutional affiliation, current title and position of each author. Full paper must be written in Arabic or English, typed using Arial Font (Style and Font Size as clarified in the MS-Word Template) and in MS-Word. Page size should be A4, single column with 2.5 cm margin on both sides with single line spacing. All pages of the manuscript (including Tables and Figures) should be numbered. Paper Submission

Papers as per MS-word template, and also as pdf file, should be submitted via paper submission form http://www.jeaconf.org/jicec/PaperSubmissionForm

 

Review Process

  • Papers must be in Arabic or English of up to 10-12 pages in conference paper format
  • Paper content must be original and relevant to one of the many conference topics
  • Papers must have an abstract of 150-200 words
  • Authors are required to ensure accuracy of quotations, citations, diagrams, maps, and tables
  • Figures and tables need to be placed where they are to appear in the text and must be clear and easy to view
  • Papers must follow format according to the downloadable Word template
  • Each paper will be reviewed by at least two members of the review committee specialized in the area relevant to the paper topic. The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoratical impact, and presentation
