The IJCC24 paper submission and review processes will be entirely electronic through the EDAS conference management system <https://edas.info/N32398>. For paper submission to IJCC24, please consider the following guidelines:
- Papers to be submitted should be formatted according to the IEEE conference template. Papers not conforming to the required format will be rejected without review. Similarly, final manuscripts not conforming to the required format will not appear in the proceedings.
- Papers should be submitted through EDAS by the “Paper Submission” deadline listed on Important Dates page.
- The submitted full papers will be peer reviewed (Double-blind), using the online review system, by experts selected by the conference Technical Program Committee for their knowledge of relevant topics. The results of the review process will be posted on this website, and authors will also be notified by email. Review results will be ready by the Decision to Authors deadline.
- Authors of accepted papers will be requested to prepare a final version of their paper and submit it using the EDAS. The version of the final manuscript will be substantially the same as the submitted full paper but will take into account reviewers’ comments. The final paper must be completed and submitted on or before the Camera-Ready Deadline.
- For accepted papers to appear in the conference proceedings, at least one of the authors should register to the conference by the Authors Registration Deadline.
- Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
- The IJCC24 conference adopts the IEEE No-Show Policy, which states that it is up to the Conference Committee’s discretion to allow “no shows” to be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
