Tony Lundell is IIAR Senior Director of Standards and Safety
Tony has over 40 years of experience in Utilities and Facilities Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Management.
Beginning as a hands-on technician, he progressed to fulfill many roles in the HVAC, Refrigeration, Plant Engineering, Facilities Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering industries. This included serving over 20 years as a Certified Plant Engineer (CPE) and a Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE), a Project Management Professional (PMP), and several other certifications and achievements.

Before joining IIAR, he served in numerous supervisory-to-director level roles at Oscar Mayer Corporation, Sara Lee Corporation, Pepsico at Tropicana, Nestle, the National Archives and Records Administration, and Americold Logistics.At IIAR, he facilitates and develops new IIAR standards and maintains existing standards for natural refrigerants meeting the American National Standards Institute requirements, provides refrigeration industry technical assistance, develops and enhances PSM/RMP activities and webinars, and he is a veteran presenter at industry related conferences and webinars.
